I try to make a monthly project every month. This is inspired by the TED talk of Matt Cutts. So far I have done:

  • Write 100 words every day
  • Try a new drink/food every day
  • Post the beginning of a book on instagram
  • Learn Spanish
  • Write my diary
  • Write a mini-text every day
  • Grow a beard and take a picture every day
  • Play the ukulele every day
  • Meditate for 20 minutes
  • Make my bed every morning
  • Get up 10 minutes earlier and do some household chores
  • Use the restroom on another floor at work to move a bit more
  • Stand at least 2 hours per day at work
